Card Improvements and Board Overlays

Over the last week or so, we have made some changes and additions to the cards and their layout. In the previous layout, there wasn't a lot of space for ability and flavor text to breathe, meaning that I had to make it small in order to fit everything on the card that needed to be there. When I printed them, it turned out that some of the text was too small to read comfortably. To solve this problem, we re-arranged the layout of the cards to accommodate all the text that needs to be on each card.

The main change was getting rid of the button that contained the faction symbol on every card. Since we are no longer working with QR codes, it makes no sense to have this, especially when we're fighting for card text space. The faction icon is still on the card, however. We also made and are including symbols for each class on the card, right next to the class's name. You can see the cards for Envenomed, Vermin general and Ezreall, Demons general below:

In addition to the card layout changes, I also worked on the back panel that every card will have. Nothing special to be said about it, really:

I also made some overlays for us to put on the actual, physical board pieces. The red-ish rocks are meant to be impassable terrain, and the dirt pieces are meant to signify a player's starting grid. Some of the layouts for the impassable terrain come from earlier prototypes, and some arrangements are ones I came up with on my own:

Character Figures Test One

3D printed the first test figure. To cut down on print cost the figure itself is printed separately than the base, and then attached after printing. Overall, the final figures could easily be printed a bit larger (roughly 50% larger) as the individual cost for a single figure is fairly low.
